1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TRP Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

TRP Hosting provides web hosting services including shared hosting, email hosting, domain management, and related technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal or unlawful activities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Activities that could damage or overload our infrastructure
• Phishing or fraudulent activities

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis based on your chosen billing cycle. Payment is due at the time of invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a grace period. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our money-back guarantee.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to hosting fees and does not cover domain registrations, SSL certificates, or other add-on services.

7. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all hosting plans (99.99% for Enterprise plans). If we fail to meet this guarantee, customers may request account credits proportional to the downtime experienced.

8. Data Backups

While we perform daily automated backups, customers are ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups. We cannot guarantee the availability or integrity of backup data in all circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

TRP Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data.
